Site specific performance // moving in and with performing objects
How to create a site-specific performance? How can one use and be inspired by the surrounding environment? In this workshop you will prepare the body and lead it to new movements and limits. We will use several kinds of dancing techniques (contemporary, acrobatics, butoh) and partnering work. Through some instructions we will start creating small performances in which we will use the surrounding environment ans some new performing objects wich were part of the installation//performance in the gateway of Altes Pfandhaus.

Still life and spaghetti
An introduction to still life photography: What makes a good composition? How do fruit dance? How can we beat gravity? This workshop will explore the subtleties of still life, the power of natural light ... and spaghetti. Participants need a small amount of photography experience and a LOT of imagination.

Negotiating like a boss!
As an artist you love to do what you’re good at. But what about making money of it? Being underpaid hits us in our wallet, motivation and creativity. Join this 1 hour workshop to learn the basics and seven laws of the game called "negotiating like a boss".
A workshop by Shanti Bisesar from the Netherlands, director of "young female professionals", working for gender equality. She also is a coach, trainer and spreading the word about entrepreneurship.
Urban Dance Styles
Christopher Woschitz a.k.a. ChrisCross is a show dancer, choreographer, referent, dance teacher, model and actor. Chris is dancing since 11 years old, today he is one of the most famous new comers in terms of hip hop and break dance. He earned various awards in Europe and worldwide.
After a short warm-up you learn new techniques, steps and workflows of urban dances. Step by step also tact and body consciousness will be trained and also the fun won’t be missed out. At the end a choreography based on the learned contents will be trained.
Workshop language in German and/or English depending on workshops participants’ needs.
